Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchases from Amdanat, but if you need to return your item, here’s what you need to do:

In-store returns:

Items bought in our store can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Please Note: Sale items do not qualify for a refunded or exchange.

Please retain your receipt or email with your purchase number so we may process the return. 

We do ask that all items are returned in the original packaging when appropriate with tags intact.

Online returns:

We will need to receive the item back in our store in the condition it was despatched, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

We do ask that all items are returned in the original packaging with tags intact. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

You will be responsible for making sure the item reaches our store in perfect condition so please keep this in mind when you package the item for delivery to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

Amdanat reserves the right to refuse the return of goods which have been damaged because they were not appropriately re-packaged.

With the exception of faulty and damaged goods you will be responsible for the return postage and do advise that you to obtain proof of posting.

Cancelling online orders

If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within seven working days of receiving your parcel.

This can be done by contacting Megan via Instagram or emailing at info@amdanat.cymru.

You will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense if you have already received it.

Please note that it can take up to 21 days to process a return.
