Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 working days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a further notification when it has been dispatched.

Delivery We currently ship within the UK only. Delivery times are typically 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location and the postal service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including postal service disruptions or adverse weather.

Delivery Costs

• Orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery.
• Shipping costs for orders under £100 are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
